Doctoral Programs
Doctoral programs in the Graduate School of Education practice selective admissions. Requirements include, among other things, evidence of high scholastic achievement, a high level of verbal ability, a score from an approved standardized test, an interview, a satisfactory grade on the preliminary written examination and positive letters of recommendations.

Applications, transcripts, and recommendations should be filed at least EIGHT WEEKS PRIOR TO REGISTRATION for the semester the applicant plans to begin graduate study at Kent State University.
Applicants are reviewed on a continuing basis.
